Peer Review Process

To safeguard strict academic rigor and guarantee the highest standard of legal scholarship, JCLS utilizes a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts deemed suitable are distributed to at least two independent international experts or legal scholars in the relevant subfield.
