Publication Frequency

Peer Review Process

To maintain absolute academic rigor and ensure the highest standards of scholarship in the humanities, JLLC strictly adheres to a double-blind peer review protocol. Every submitted manuscript is initially screened by the editorial team for structural conformity, plagiarism, and alignment with the journal's scope. Manuscripts passing this preliminary evaluation are assigned to a minimum of two independent, international reviewers who possess specialized expertise in the topic area. Submissions are rigorously evaluated based on theoretical originality, critical depth, argumentative coherence, and contribution to global cultural and linguistic discourse. The final editorial decision relies on the consensus and quality of these expert evaluations.
